Main Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Assistant for the BELUX market, you will assist in managing three websites. You will support the team in the following tasks:

Website Management

• Creating and updating product categories based on seasons, trends, and new arrivals.

• Highlighting products according to key periods and BELUX market preferences.

Page Optimization

• Designing and updating the homepage and landing pages to ensure a smooth and visually appealing experience.

• SEO: Optimizing content to improve the visibility of our products in search engines.

Promotion Creation and Management

• Developing promotional codes and managing associated legal mentions.

• Creating pop-ups and other visual elements to promote our campaigns.

Analysis

• Proposing and implementing new ideas to enhance the user experience and maximize conversions.

• Analyzing performance (figures, KPIs) to optimize offerings and maximize customer engagement.

Support for Events and Activations

• Working with the marketing team, you will help plan and implement local events and activations.

• Supporting photoshoots, special events, and other activations that enhance the brand’s visibility.

Desired Profile

• Currently studying business, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Strong interest in fashion and e-commerce.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and creative.

• Skilled in data analysis, with an understanding of e-commerce KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability for team collaboration.

• Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is a valuable asset for this role.

• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
