Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital & Acquisition Officer to support our team in managing and optimizing our digital channels, including CRM, paid acquisition, and social media. You will actively contribute to the implementation and analysis of campaigns to enhance our digital performance and strengthen customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), tracking performance, and optimizing budgets.

• Participate in social media management (content creation, post scheduling, moderation, and performance reporting).

• Support CRM management: audience segmentation, email campaign execution, and performance analysis.

• Conduct competitive intelligence and identify digital trends to propose areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with different teams (creative, marketing, data) to ensure consistency in digital initiatives

• Generate regular reports on the performance of digital actions and provide recommendations.

Profile & Qualifications:

• Degree in digital marketing, communication, or business (minimum Bac+3 or equivalent).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, acquisition, or social media management.

• Strong knowledge of advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), CRM platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work in a team and autonomously manage tasks.

• Creativity and a keen interest in digital trends and innovation.

• Bilingual is a plus.
