As Store Manager of Etam’s first U.S. location, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our brand stateside. You’ll lead by example: building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for service and selling—deliver an exceptional in-store experience and empower your team to do the same.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking.
• Be the voice of our customer—gather feedback and share insights with HQ to continually improve.

Sales & Operations

• Own store performance: sales, service, organization, and profitability.
• Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop a passionate, customer-focused team that represents Etam’s values.
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and team spirit.
• Lead from the floor: coach in real time and model best-in-class selling and service.

Entrepreneurial Drive

• Improve how we work: constantly identify ways to optimize processes and elevate the experience.
• Partner with HQ and marketing teams to activate the store: plan in-store events, community partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
